Hero Level, introduced alongside the 3R Update, is a level system which serves to boost the player stats past the level cap. The Hero Level is unified -- all maxed-level characters across all servers gain the bonuses and any maxed-level character from any server can contribute EXP to Hero Level. However, there is a weekly limit of 5000 Hero Level EXP that can be obtained.
The Hero Level has been revamped in a May 2018 update.
Revamped Level System[]
Hero EXP gained from completing dungeons and nests have been increased.
Clearing Abyss-difficulty dungeons, for instance, rewards 200 EXP. Clearing Chiron Nest will reward 3000 XP.
The Hero's maximum level has also been removed.
Revamped Hero Level Bonuses[]
Only Physical Attack, Magic Attack and Final Damage will increase following Hero's Level. Attack Powers will be increased by 100 for each level and Final Damage will be increased by 10 for each level. Other stats such as Critical and HP are no longer added.

Hero Level can also be increased by consuming Hero Level EXP potion of varying amounts:

Hero Level EXP Potion - 50 EXPMay be purchased from Colosseum store, Nightmare StoreMay be obtained from Daily Attendance Event, Daily Task, Goddess' Grief, Gacha Box, rare Remote Hero Exploration Pouch
Hero Level EXP Potion - 100 EXPMay be obtained from Goddess' Grief, Gacha Box, epic Remote Hero Exploration Pouch
Hero Level EXP Potion - 500 EXPMay be obtained from Goddess' Grief, Daily Attendance Event, Gacha Box or other seasonal events
Old Hero Level EXP[]
The Hero Level was capped at level 50, but it is believed to have been raised.
The amount of EXP needed to gain a Hero Level increases exponentially.
Old Hero Level Bonuses[]
Each Hero Level grant a varying amount of attack, HP, critical, critical damage and final damage.
