Profile[]
Norfe is the only disciple of Akademia. Despite the harsh trainings he received from Akademia, Norfe and Akademia have a close master and apprentice relationship. As noted by Player that Norfe and Cidel have a lot in common.
Deep down, Norfe is having a hard time relying on others and bear the burdens left behind by Akademia all by himself. He seems to be a lot more comfortable with Player which they told him about Cidel and how Norfe's life is similar to what Cidel had went through after their master passed away. Norfe felt sad on how Goddess Vestinel not only make duplicates of the people from Lagendia but also their fates.
History[]
After Norfe took over the leadership of Anti-Goddess Faction, many people in Anti-Goddess Faction don't trust Norfe and condemn him. Inventor Narlin helped Norfe to develop a hologram device so that Norfe could communicate with the Anti-Goddess Faction without facing all the negative prejudice towards him. This gives Norfe the freedom to collect information by himself outside of Rhadames while keeping his identity a secret.
Inventor Narlin told Player about Norfe and Akademia's past. Player learnt about the devices which Norfe carried with him all the times in the events if Norfe is being turn into a Child like what happens to Akademia, the devices will explode by itself which would kill Norfe.
Meeting the Player[]
Player met a young boy at the Vulcanus Swamp under the mission given by hologram Norfe to look for whitetrees root. Without knowing the young boy they met was the real Norfe, they continue to receive help from him. Kid Geraint later reveals Norfe's real identity to Player and they were surprised at the sight of the real identity of the leader of Anti-Goddess Faction who is around Cidel's age. Seeing Player surprised reaction, Norfe explains to Player that he understands he is too young to bring faith to the peoples in Rhadames so his master Akademia make him communicate with the peoples in Rhadames using a hologram device of an old man so that Norfe could work in the background and collect information.
After Player meet up with Velskud at the Monolith when Rubinart was taken away by Vestinel's Oracle, Player went to Norfe to inform him on how Rubinart's barrier is still standing strong after being corrupted. Player ask Norfe about what Iris has mention to them that Norfe knows how to fix Rubinart of his corruption. Norfe go against Rubinart's wishes and told Player about the Cup of Healing which could cure Goddess Altea and Rubinart told Norfe not to look for it. Norfe says quietly that it's the only thing he should do now because Mistland is precious to him.
Hurts and Betrayal[]
After Norfe made a promise to Player to look for clues about the Cup of Healing with them and due to Mamon's army was patrolling around the areas near Rhadames, Norfe is forced to stay behind to plan for an evacuation for the refugees to somewhere for safety. Norfe told Player about someone who worked behind the scenes for the Anti-Goddess Faction and knows about the Cup of Healing and ask Player to go meet with the person at Cathedral Confessional.
After Arc and Player pauses their search for the clues of the Cup of Healing while waiting for Kid Geraint to find some clues at the Monolith, they discovered a mysterious device which look like the device Player saw at the Distorted Zone in Merca. Player suspect Hiver is at Southern Land and brought the device back for Norfe to take a look.
After Norfe have analyze the device brought back by Player and worries it might be a threat to Rhadames, Player finally told Norfe the whole truths and Norfe decides to send Gregory to the Distorted Zone to investigate more about the device. After Gregory told Player how he had sense Grele's energy from the device, Norfe suspect there is a traitor among the Anti-Goddess Faction which Player doesn't want to believe.
While they were in the midst of the discussion about the one who have sold information to Mamon, a Rhadames guard suddenly cuts in and inform Hologram Norfe that Grele has went to the Distorted Zone. When Player enters the Dry Sand Swamp, they saw Norfe had been waiting for them and saw the battle between Mamon, Grele and Hiver has begun.
When Player and Norfe arrives at the area where the battle had taken place, they found Grele had collapse on the ground with his jewel taken by Mamon. Norfe make a painful decision to give Grele his master Akademia's jewel to stop him from disintegrated. When they had went back to Rhadames, Norfe blames himself for everything had happened and was not doing what he had said earlier and turn a blind eye away from the truths. Seeing Norfe in so much pain for the wrong decisions he had made, Player changes the topic and ask about Grele's condition, Norfe told Player that Grele is on a verge of death and whatever treatment they provided him is not enough to sustain him alive unless they are able to get Grele's jewel back from Mamon. Before continuing their discussion, Player told Norfe there is something they need to do first: To demand an explanation from Vernicka why he sold information to Mamon. Norfe agrees and hand over a letter to Player to be given to Vernicka as a warning.
Searching for the Cup of Healing[]
Norfe moved to Merca after Player have defeated Mamon and get Grele's jewel back. Norfe remains stationed in Merca while Player, Grele and Kid Geraint went to Chiron Island to search for the clues on the Cup of Healing.
After Player have found the Chiron Relic together with Shalica, Norfe helped Shalica to restore and activate the relic. When Player have gathered more information on Red Lotus Palace, Norfe decides to go to the Red Lotus Palace together with Player and Grele.
At Red Lotus Palace[]
Norfe and Player met Ultima and Ocean Pearl in Loser's Exile Place. At first, they were wary about Norfe's group and suspect Norfe is the holy warrior sent out by the Empire to look for Ocean Pearl. After the incident at the Blue Raven Territory, Ultima slowly giving his trust to Norfe's group and words of General Jade and his followers being spotted started to spread around Red Lotus Palace.
Norfe went to the Western and Southern borders with Arc to spy on Jade, he came back after Player won the Combat Tournament. When Player received the Third Pouch from Head Merchant Jamihwa, they went to the Loser's Exile Place to show Ocean Pearl the Blood Flower Seed. Ocean Pearl turns pale when she saw the Blood Flower Seed which Norfe had confirms his earlier suspicion about the horrible experiments Edart Empire has been doing 300 years ago. Ocean Pearl admits to what Norfe had said and spoke the truth on how she was involved in the experiments and the Blood Flower Seed was actually a Child Awakening Catalyst. Norfe realize the common places in Red Lotus Palace was actually a experiment ground for Hwaran to mass produce Childs using the Child Awakening Catalyst.
When they have successfully lure Jade out from his hiding place as per Shalica's suggestion, Norfe laid a obvious trap by putting the Blood Flower Seed in Player's jug. Jade took the bait without knowing it was a trap to lure him to the Sohyang River Dam. As per what they had expected, Hwaran seek their assistance to stop Jade from destroying the dam. When they had seemingly defeated Jade in front of the Dam, the event turns to a state of shock when Rubinart appears and use Vestinel's power to awaken Shalica as a Child. Norfe grab hold of Grele to stop him from going after Shalica and they went back to the Red Lotus Palace to devise a plan on what to do next.
After they have calm Grele down, Norfe decides to write a letter to Vernicka to let him know about the situation and since Shalica is a Child now, Norfe was afraid the first person Shalica would kill was Vernicka and he fears Vernicka will take the ambush upfront if he were to meet face to face with Child Shalica. Norfe was unable to remains calm since Shalica was also very close to the Anti-Goddess Faction. With each one of them with their minds occupied by the recent events, they were approach by the palace attendant to bring them to Jullian Pavilion for a meeting with Hwaran. Hwaran was satisfied by their achievements and grants them the access to the Treasure Vault.
Norfe stayed behind while Player, Kid Geraint and Grele went to the Treasure Vault to look for the Cup of Healing. Upon seeing Player had returned from the Treasure Vault, Norfe anxiously told Player that Vernicka knows the truth and Norfe had no idea who was the one who told Vernicka about what happened at the Gust Dragon Nest. Seeing the Old Cup they had brought back from the Treasure Vault, Norfe was in doubt and disbelief that the Old Cup they have been looking for is the Cup of Healing.
When Player and Ultima arrived at the Blue Raven Territory, they witness Rubinart set the whole place on fire and killed Mukheun in the process. Player leave Ultima alone and went back to inform Norfe about what happened in Blue Raven Territory. Norfe told Player that he had expected the death of Mukheun sooner or later as Hwaran wouldn't keep an experimental Child alive and all tragedies happen in Mistland are all Goddess Vestinel's will and tragedies is bound to happen one after another in Mistland. He had lost his master and peoples who he had once worked with in the Anti-Goddess Faction and he is ready to lose himself as well. Player began to questioned Norfe if that were to happen, what is the point of the Anti-Goddess Faction? Isn't Anti-Goddess Faction exist to change Mistland into a better world? Norfe answered its existence of the Anti-Goddess Faction will never change, the faction exists to change Mistland into a better world for the next generations and with that they mustn't get caught up in front of the grave of those who had lost their lives in the beliefs of the Anti-Goddess Faction. Norfe notice something is amiss in the whole situation and realized everything that has happen was planned meticulously by Hwaran.
Player went to Norfe to let him know about the information they had heard from Arc and asked him what will he do when the situation at the Western Territory got worse and suggest to plan an evacuation to move the refugees to Merca. Norfe told Player its not the time to evacuate the refugees and wants to monitor the situation some more. When Norfe was about to go back to Rhadames, Player told Norfe to take Ultima along with him and let him know about Ultima's decision to join the Anti-Goddess Faction. Norfe doesn't disapprove Ultima sudden decision to join the Anti-Goddess Faction and told Player that it will be good if Ultima and the surviving Blue Clan were to join them and wants Ultima to look for the way to Rhadames by himself.
Rhadames in the Storm[]
Norfe went back to Rhadames after hearing about what happen in Western Territory and Aergal Kingdom. When Vandar came to Rhadames to inform Norfe through the hologram about the Child's invasion to Rhadames planned by Child Hiver. Norfe was suspicious and wary about what Vandar had said. After Vandar defeat the Child and retrieved Hiver's command scroll and found out the exact plan of the invasion. Vandar went back to Rhadames to report to hologram Norfe. However, the hologram device was not working and Vandar happens to found out about Norfe's identity. Norfe give a warning to Vandar that if he tells anyone about his real identity, he will kill him and proceed to make plans to blew up the Western Secret Route to stop the incoming Childs from coming near Rhadames. When the group re-group back in Rhadames to discuss the next course of action, Norfe told them to take a break while he settles some stuffs in Rhadames.
Shadow of Hope[]
Norfe told Player that Ultima have arrived in Rhadames and ask Player to go meet with him. When Player meets with Ultima, Ultima was in the midst of sorting out a list of supplies to provide for Rhadames. Player was in dilemma on how to explain to Ultima about Norfe's identity as the Leader of the Anti-Goddess Faction. Seeing Player's suspicious reaction, Ultima seem to have guessed that the Hologram Norfe which all refugees known as is the same Norfe that he met at the Red Lotus Palace. After Player manage to convince the Rhadames Guard, Aergal Engineer and Blue Clan Soldier to work together in fixing the pipes in Vulcanus Swamp. Hologram Norfe told Player to go to their meeting place and found out that Norfe and Ultima have formally introduced each other. Norfe received reports that Red Child was indeed Rubinart to back up what several Aergal refugees have witness.
During the meeting with the talk about Red Child, Princess Sylvania and Ultima wants to seek revenge against Red Child. Norfe have no plans on stopping them when the time comes and said too many lives have lost in the attack by Red Child. Kid Geraint became furious at how ungrateful they are when Rubinart has risk his life to help the Anti-Goddess Faction and runs off. Vandar admits what Kid Geraint had said is not wrong and ask Player to go after Kid Geraint. Norfe apologize to Player about everything they had said.
After Player have found Kid Geraint and have a talk regard to Rubinart with Grele, Player have decided the right thing to say to everyone. When Player told everyone that they want to heal Rubinart using the Cup of Healing. Princess Sylvania was in awe and want to know what Player is planning to do with the Cup of Healing. With that, Norfe steps in and said Rubinart have play an important role within the Anti-Goddess Faction and how Rhadames came to where it is now is through the sacrifices of many peoples. Norfe questioned Princess Sylvania in return what has Aergal being doing in their dire times of need, they all hid in their deep underground kingdom which Norfe understands and if Rhadames have the same technology as Aergal they will do the same. Even though Rhadames has took a different approach as Aergal, they are unable to turn a blind eye towards Rubinart after seeing how much he has helped the Anti-Goddess Faction. In return, he will not stop Player in trying to heal Rubinart using the Cup of Healing.
After they finished talking about Rubinart's fate, Ultima began to talk about the defenses of Rhadames and concerns about its safety in the events if Edart Empire began to turn their attention towards Rhadames and the Anti-Goddess Faction since so many Childs have died when Norfe blew up the Western Secret Route. Norfe nodded in response that they require more supplies and financial supports while they remain in hiding. With that, Norfe give a task to Player and Grele to deliver a letter to Vernicka. Norfe also ask Ultima a favor to negotiate with Kaunos to let him know about the location of Hiver's Nest in return not to reveal the location of Rhadames. Ultima was surprised at how Norfe is making a bold move and have placed his confidence in him to negotiate with Kaunos.
When everyone has returned to Rhadames after settling each of their tasks, Norfe ask Ultima about how his negotiation with Kaunos goes. Norfe and Player's face began to turn grim after hearing what Ultima told Kaunos about his goals of vengeance against Goddess Vestinel. After Ultima done talking. Norfe regain his usual calm and composure self and relieve to hear that the negotiation with Kaunos had went well. Ultima decides to remain stationed in Rhadames with Norfe to bolster its defense in the event Kaunos had broke his promise and attack Rhadames while Player and the rest of the group went to Hiver's Nest.
When Player came back from the Frozen Dragon Nest, they told Norfe about what happen in the Frozen Dragon Nest. When Vandar and Ultima shared their thoughts about the Cup of Healing and the discussion began to ask Player this question: "What would the jewels Player would sacrifice in order to save Rubinart?" Player was speechless and was unable to provide answers to the question. Norfe was in dilemma that they have to find an answer to it sooner or later. Before the discussion could go on, Player told Norfe that they have to go look for Kid Geraint who had runs off in shock after witnessing how the Cup of Healing sacrifice both Grele and Hiver's jewel to heal Shalica. Norfe understands and wants Player to take a rest before making any decisions.
News from the Desert[]
When things have calmed down temporary after the events in Frozen Dragon Nest, Norfe started to make plans to reconstruct Rhadames to cater most of the refugees who have come to take refuge in Rhadames when Western Territory is in chaos due to scramble for jewels. With each one of them left Rhadames to settle their own matters: Vandar going back to Red Lotus Palace to report back to Commander Hwaran of his mission and Kali left to look for Kid Geraint.
Brief Farewell[]
Player went to Norfe to let him know that they need to head off somewhere to find Kid Geraint. Norfe told Player to let him know if they need help and they thanked Norfe for his concerns and left Rhadames.
